Case Summary One

A hospital contacted BLU on a Friday afternoon.  The request was simple, their inventory was depleted, and they needed a small quantity of Level 2 gowns within 96 hours.  Since the volume of the request was so low, none of their suppliers could meet their demand.  BLU obtained a small quantity of product for the Customer, and the product was shipped Sunday morning.  The Customer received the first small order Monday morning, and the balance was received a week later.  Therefore, no interruption in service for the Customer.  We do what is necessary to help, because It’s About People. ™
